Borne is born to her mother, Nora, but her father's name is undisclosed. She has one sister named Emma.

After her fight with her former playmate Dorothy Spinner (played by Abigail Shapiro), Baby Doll is killed by the Candlemaker (played by Lex Lang) alongside Flaming Katy (played by Emily Brobst). Baby Doll's body is thrown into the Well by the others.

In the meantime, the lead cast's recently-deceased mentor appears to her and warns her that her current path leads to a dark future.
