Who is Sabrina Parr?

Sabrina Parr was born on 1 May 1987 in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a fitness trainer, well-known for being engaged to former NBA Star Lamar Odom. She is also an Instagram influencer, where she has over 200k followers and regularly shares about her life, travel, and family.  

In addition, this 35-year-old influencer, businesswoman, and model is the owner of Bodytype Apparel, women's athletic apparel for every body type clothing line.

Getting Engaged to Lamar Odom

Parr and Odom began dating after meeting at a local gym where Parr worked as Odom's personal trainer. Before dating Parr, Odom was married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 to 2013 until they filed for divorce in 2016. 

After a few months of dating, Parr and Odom got engaged in November 2019. Odom proposed to her at a restaurant in Miami with a stunning teardrop-style engagement ring worth over $100k. The couple announced the news through their individual Instagram account, where Parr posted a picture of the ring and two videos captioning, "I said YES."

However, their relationship did not last long, and they split in November 2020, per Parr's social media announcement. Nonetheless, they reunited briefly but then broke up in December 2020. 

Showbiz Cheatsheet reported that while Odom accused Parr of hacking into his social media accounts and holding his passport hostage and she used him for popularity. On the other hand, Parr claimed that Odom was still taking drugs and struggling financially during their relationship.  

Then post-breakup, Odom appeared on The Wendy Williams Show for a virtual interview to address Parr's slander campaign against him. Firstly, he described his ex-fiancee as a 'hurt woman.' Then, he added, "She has a lot of problems that I don't think any of us can help her with. She probably needs therapy."

Likewise, Odom claimed he was aware of Parr's alleged background, including her arrest history. Specifically, according to Parr's Instagram live video, she was detained after a physical argument with her ex-husband. Parr claims she was protecting herself from domestic violence. 

Subsequently, a year after the break, they both took to social media to reflect on their 'toxic relationship' but disagreed on who broke up with whom. Both of them mentioned they left each other without notice to free themselves and become comfortable in life.

Dating Tristan Thompson

In addition, Odom called out Parr, accusing her of infidelity. While he accepted that he cheated on her, he believed that what she did was much worse. Further, he accused Parr of sleeping with Tristan Thompson, the father of Khloe Kardashian's child. 

Moreover, Daily Mail UK reported that Odom disclosed on Willaims show that Khloe Kardashian knew about Parr sleeping with her on/off boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

Parr's Family

Par had three children from her previous relationship. They are two sons and one daughter, Destiny, Lamar Jr, and Jayden. 

On Father's Day, she posted pictures of her and her kids, mentioning how proud she is of her athlete kids. She also added her balancing her life being a mom, influencer, entrepreneur, and coach and also wrote, "It's moments like this that help me to keep going!!! To all the moms out there, sometimes it's the things we never received that teach us what our kids need the most!!!"
