From 1995 to 1997, Edwards worked as a correspondent in Time's Washington bureau, covering Bob Dole's presidential campaign, politics, society, and breaking news. Rocco Lugrine has been working as an Eas coast technical advisor for Barry Callebaut Group, one of the world's largest chocolate companies, since 2007. Previously, he worked as a pastry chef instructor at Art Institute from 2008 to 2017 and as a corporate pastry chef at Le Bec Fin Restaurant from 2007 to 2009.
