Folasade Olayinka Baderinwa, also known as Sade Baderinwa, is an American news anchor and broadcast journalist at New York's WABC Channel 7. 

She started her journalism career as a production assistant for ABC News programs such as This Week With David Brinkley, Nightline, World News Tonight, and News One. She then served as a reporter trainee at WUSA-TV, the CBS affiliate in Washington, D.C., before moving to WSLS-TV, the NBC affiliate in Roanoke, Virginia.

In February 2000, Baderinwa began working for WBAL-TV, Baltimore's NBC affiliate. There, she was the anchor for the morning and noon newscasts and the host of a weekly community affairs show.

In 2003, she joined WABC following a nearly three-year stint, anchoring the news on WBAL-TV in Baltimore, Maryland. She took over for Roz Abrams, who departed WABC in the same year to take up the anchor duties at WCBS-TV at 5 and 11 p.m. 

Before being promoted to 5 p.m. with Diana Williams, Baderinwa was the anchor of the noon broadcasts. Then in May 2011, Baderinwa joined Bill Ritter as co-anchor of the 11 p.m. news, replacing Liz Cho, who left to anchor the new WABC 4 p.m. newscast, which debuted after The Oprah Winfrey Show departed the network. 

Baderinwa earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural business and resource economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Baderinwa's birth mother eventually took her to live with her family in nearby Montgomery County when she was 12 years old. She has maintained contact with both her biological parents and her adoptive family since then.
