Who is Riker Lynch?

Riker Anthony Lynch is a singer and actor. He was born on 8 November 1991 in Littleton, CO, USA. He was born to Mark and Stormie Lynch and is the eldest of the five Lynch siblings.

Lynch relocated to Los Angeles with his family in 2007 at the age of 16 to pursue acting, and it was there that he and his siblings formed the pop/rock band R5 with his sister Rydel, brothers Ross and Rocky, and family friend Ellington Ratliff. He was one of the main singers and bassists in R5. 

Lynch appeared on Fox's television series Glee as Jeff, a The Dalton Academy Warblers singing group member. He was also declared the runner-up on season 20 of Dancing with the Stars, with Allison Holker as his dance partner.

As of now, he is a member of a music band called Riker and The Beachcombers.

Similarly, in April 2022, Lynch represented Colorado in the American Song Contest. He performed his song 'Feel The Love,' which included elements of rock, pop, and reggae. However, he did not receive a jury vote, and Tennessee's Tyler Braden advanced to the semi-finals. He did, however, make the semi-finals, along with Ni/Co from Alabama and Grant Knoche from Texas.

On Fox Television Series 'Glee'

The actor was one of the members of The Dalton Academy Warblers, the rival school to WMHS's New Directions in the Fox television musical Glee. Lynch first appeared in 2010 as Jeff in season 2's "Special Education." He then featured as one of the Warbler vocalists in eleven more episodes throughout seasons 2, 3, and 4.

"It's been absolutely amazing. I'm in shock. I had no idea the Warblers would get so big. I thought it would last one, maybe two episodes at most," Lynch said in a 2010 interview with masslive.com. "I got a call from my agent. I get there and the script says you're supposed to be at a prep school. I went to the audition in khakis and a blue button-up shirt. Eddy (Martin, who plays Thad) was in the room and he taught me the dance."

He also played a Warbler in the 2011 Glee Live! In Concert! tour, which took place in the United States, Canada, England, and Ireland from May to 3 July 2011.

The tour event was turned into a film containing sequences and was released on 12 August 2011 with the title Glee: The 3D Concert Movie. 

'Dancing With The Stars'

On 24 February 2015, Lynch was named one of the celebrities who would compete in the 20th season of Dancing with the Stars. He took part with his professional dance partner Allison Holker.

"I love performing," Lynch told Teen Vogue in 2015 about his experience in the show. "I hadn't done Glee or any sort of dancing in a while, so I thought that Dancing with the Stars would be a good way to kind of get back into it a tiny bit."

During the Disney-themed episode, one of their most memorable performances was the Paso Doble in the song "He's a Pirate" from Pirates of the Caribbean. 

Lynch and Holker came in second place in the tournament on 19 May 2015, losing to actress Rumer Willis. Later, during Season 27, he reappeared as a trio partner with Milo Manheim and Witney Carson.

He Married His Wife in 2019 

Lynch exchanged wedding vows with American influencer Savannah Latimer in Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, on 20 September 2019. The two got married after the singer proposed to Latimer on the beach in Malibu in September 2018. 

While the bride donned a ball gown, Lynch wore a classic tuxedo. The couple drafted their vows, the ceremony was officiated by a close friend, and friends and relatives performed during their reception.
