Quiana Watson is an award-winning real estate broker well known for her appearance in the OWN TV series Ladies Who List: Atlanta.

Who is Quiana Watson?

Quiana Watson is an American entrepreneur, realtor, and real estate broker born on 12 October 1982. She attended Fayetteville State University from 2000 to 2004 and Strayer University from 2011 to 2014. She also has a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) qualifications.

Watson began her real estate agent career in 2007, working in the Metro Atlanta area. The same year, she also worked as a marketing specialist for Milesproperties. She served as a licensed realtor for Solid Source Realty two years later. Watson worked there for almost six years, from March 2009 to January 2015, handling clients selling, purchasing, or renting residential properties. 

She then worked as a realtor for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers for just seven months before joining Princeton Properties in the post of a property manager. Nearly six years with Princeton Properties, Watson served as a realtor for PalmerHouse Properties from August 2015 to September 2020.

Watson now works as the real estate broker of her company, Watson Realty Co., a full-service Atlanta real estate firm that provides real estate services. In addition, she is also the founder of Agents Tool For Success, a coaching company for real estate agents.

Watson has sold properties worth millions of dollars and has taught other agents as well. According to the National Association of Realtors, she is one of the top 2% producing real estate agents.

In January 2022, Watson joined the OWN TV series Ladies Who List: Atlanta cast. 

'Ladies Who List: Atlanta'

Watson appeared in OWN's unscripted TV series Ladies Who List: Atlanta premiered on 7 January 2022. The show comprises eight episodes and gives insight into what it takes to succeed in the high-end real estate market. 

Ladies Who List: Atlanta follows six black women who dominate Atlanta's real estate market as real estate attorneys, brokers, and agents.

The other cast members of the show include Robin Andrade (real estate broker), Cristyl Kimbrough (real estate attorney), Tiffani Hawes (real estate attorney), Tiana Harrison (real estate agent), and Kira Oliver (real estate agent).

Podcast

Watson runs a podcast called Rants & Gems Real Estate Podcast along with the broker Matthew Garland, also known as MG The Mortgage Guy. According to their podcast bio, MG is the number 1 mortgage broker in the nation.

They analyze real estate on the podcast and also invite the industry's skilled and respected real estate professionals and investors.

They also have an Instagram account for the podcast where they have over 26 thousand followers (as of January 2022) and frequently post brief clips from the podcast.

Husband

Watson married her husband, Anthony Watson, on 23 March 2013 in Kent Rock Manor in Loganville, GA. The couple first met in 2009 while both were valeting their cars. Eventually, they exchanged phone numbers, followed by date the day after. 

Anthony then proposed to Watson on a dinner date on the beach on her 30th birthday in October 2012. He had written "Will You Marry Me?" over the sand.

"I turned to look at Anthony and he dropped down on one knee and proposed. Of course I said yes and we had a romantic dinner on the beach. It was so thoughtful and such a perfect way to celebrate my 30th birthday," Watson said in a 2013 interview with Black Bride.

The pair celebrated their seventh anniversary on 23 March 2020. Watson also shared a photo with Anthony on Facebook and wrote, "I am so blessed to have such a loving and caring Husband. Happy anniversary my love."
