Mycah Hatfield is a news reporter at ABC13 Houston. She began her career as a journalist while still studying at the University of Oklahoma. In her first year of college, she interned at KOCO-TV for two months, from June 2011 to July 2011. She also worked as an intern at KPRC-TV for three months (June 2013 to August 2013), KWTV for three months (June 2014-August 2014), and Oklahoma City Thunder for five months (August 2014-December 2014).
Immediately after graduating college, she joined the ABC affiliate KATC Communications in Lafayette, Louisiana. She worked there as their full-time news reporter.
