Megan Henderson is an American journalist born on 19 February 1975 in San Pedro, Los Angeles. She comes from mixed ethnicity where her grandmother was half-Mexican and half-Spanish.
She grew up in Long Beach, San Pedro, and moved to San Clemente later. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism.
After graduation, Henderson began her broadcasting career doing everything from reporting and anchoring to editing and producing in Wichita Falls, Texas. Then, she relocated to Salt Lake City to report and anchor for Fox's Good Day Utah.
Then again, Henderson moved to Dallas to anchor the KDFW-top-rated TV morning show Good Day. While alongside, she traveled to New York City multiple times to guest-host Fox News Channel's Fox and Friends Weekend. She eventually joined the KTLA and began co-hosting the Morning News. She hosts alongside Jessica Holmes, Mark Mester, and Lynette Romero.
In addition to that, she is passionate about humanitarian deeds. She has worked with UNICEF USA, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and the Watts Youth Empowerment Center throughout her career.

She added, "I'm also a big believer in accessorizing without going overboard.
