Fletcher first joined KRON4-TV in January 2002 as their freelance news writer. He then quickly climbed ranks to become the full-time producer of the network, managing news segments like KRON4 News Weekend and KRON4 Morning News. Moreover, he also holds credit for producing several high-profile programs for the channel, such as Carnaval San Francisco Parade, Bay to Breakers, etc.
