Cynthia Decker is an American reality star, TV personality, and lingerie designer. Decker celebrates her birthday on 25 March every year. However, her birth year has not been disclosed yet. She earned a BA in lingerie design from the American College for the Applied Arts in London in 1994.
Decker started working in the bra business at the age of 19 and since then has created the world's largest bra for world record holder Norma Stits. She also interned at Rigby & Peller in London, where she learned how to adjust bras from June Kenton.
