Candace McCowan is a reporter who began her journalism career at the ABC affiliate WJCL in Savannah, Georgia, in January 2007. She then reported for the CBS affiliate WREG - News Channel 3 in Memphis, Tennessee, from January 2009 to January 2014.
The news reporter then spent her next three years working as a political reporter and anchor at the NBC affiliate WFLA-TV in Tampa, Florida. During that time, she interviewed top politicians like Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, and Jeb Bush in the battle for the country's largest swing state.
