Benjamin "Ben" Aron Colonomos is a media personality born on 10 September 1981 in New York. He belongs to a Jewish community.
Aaron graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in media. He made his media debut at the age of 18 after joining Radio Disney. Aaron then relocated to Los Angeles after a brief stint presenting a radio program in Tucson, Arizona, and secured an on-air television hosting gig for Daybreak OC, an Orange County-based morning lifestyle/news show that served the whole Los Angeles area.
From there, he proceeded to KSWB in San Diego, where he worked as a features reporter until WNBC in New York hired him. Aaron also worked at NBCUniversal's LXTV and WNBC's New York Live.
From 2017 to 2019, he co-presented the nationally televised talk show Pickler & Ben, with country singer Kellie Pickler. For his work in Pickler & Ben, he received two 'Daytime Emmy Award' nominations for 'Best Host.'
Then in 2020, Aaron began working as a features reporter for the Pix11 Morning News in NYC. He priorly served in the same post for New York Live for ten years, where his segments won four 'Emmy Awards.'
In addition to that, Aaron has also worked for EXTRA, Entertainment Tonight, and The Today Show. He has also collaborated with his wife, Ginger Zee, chief meteorologist for Good Morning America, on Renovation Realities, an Emmy-nominated home renovation show on the DIY Network.

Aaron has been married to Ginger Zee, the chief meteorologist for ABC News, since 7 June 2014. They got married on a beach in Zee's hometown of Michigan and later celebrated at The Inn at Bay Harbor.
For their wedding, Zee wore a form-fitting, lace Pnina Tornai gown. She had a sweeping veil tucked under a romantic updo, whereas Aaron wore a traditional black suit.
The couple shares two sons, Adrian Benjamin Colonomos, born on 17 December 2015, and Miles Macklin Colonomos, born on 9 February 2018.
Ginger Renee Zuidgeest was born in Orange, California, on 13 January 1981, to Dawn Zuidgeest-Craft (née Hemleb) and Robert Zuidgeest. Zee was raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Zee rose to national notoriety when she appeared on Good Morning America Weekend on 12 November 2011. She also appears on other ABC shows such as Nightline and ABC World News Tonight.
