Rosenberg was born on 22 November 1985 in Derwood, Maryland. She went to Col. Zadok Magruder High School and then to the University of Maryland. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism, Spanish Language, and Literature in 2007.
While studying in college, she served as the university on-air reporter, director, and local news producer. Then in 2006, she joined the Comcast Station as their Associate Producer and CSN Mid Atlantic reporter. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, she worked as an NEC Sideline Reporter and Voice Over Talent for Time Warner Cable.
From 2012 to 2015, she briefly worked at Rutgers as a Sideline Reporter, at Verizon as Fios1 Sports Commentator, and then at Bleacher as a Sports Show Host. Furthermore, from 2009 to 2015, she was an Associate Producer, Mets Sideline Reporter, A-10 Sideline Reporter, and Mets Insider Host for Sports Net New York.
Alongside, from 2014 to 2017, she was the In-Stadium Host and Reporter of the New York Mets. Then in 2017, she joined the Major League Baseball, where she began as the host of The Dugout, followed by her own show, 12:25 Live with Alexa.
Eventually, in 2019 she hosted The Cycle, and from 2018 to the present, she has been hosting The Rundown segment.
