Adam DiMarco is an actor best known for his notable roles in Radio Rebel (2012 TV movie) and The Order (2019-2020 TV series).

Who is Adam DiMarco?

Adam DiMarco is a Canadian television and film actor. He began his acting career with a small part in the 2010 short film Fourth Date. Later in 2012, he received his career's breakthrough role as Gavin in the TV movie Radio Rebel. 

Since then, DiMarco has notable appearances in several TV shows like Arctic Air (2012-2013), Rush (2014), The Returned (2015), Emma Fielding Mysteries (2017-2019), The Magicians (2016-2020), The Good Doctor (2021), and many more.

Most recently, he has gained fame from his appearance as Randall in the Netflix horror drama series The Order. Furthermore, the Canadian actor has at least two upcoming projects set to release in 2022. 

The HBO TV series The White Lotus has already completed production, while Pillow Talk (TV series) is currently in the post-production stage.

Age & Early Bio

DiMarco was born in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, in 1990. He celebrates his birthday each year on 14 April. DiMarco has at least two siblings, a sister Tausha and a brother Michael. He belongs to the White ethnicity.

He earned his acting degree from the Vancouver Film School in Vancouver, Canada.

'The White Lotus'

The White Lotus is an award-winning TV show on HBO. It won the 'AFI Award 2022' for 'Best TV Program of the Year' and the 'AACTA International Award' for 'Best Comedy Series' in 2022.

The HBO dark comedy series premiered its first season on 11 July 2021, with Murray Bartlett, Connie Britton, and Jennifer Coolidge in the leading roles. The show concluded season 1 on 15 August 2021 and was renewed for season 2.

Although DiMarco was not part of season 1 of The White Lotus, the makers have invited him as the series regular cast for its second installment. He landed the role of Albie Di Grasso. 

Season 2 also features new actors like Tom Hollander, Haley LuRichardson, and F. Murray Abraham alongside DiMarco. He also shared the news on being a part of the show on his Instagram handle.

'The Order'

The Order is a horror drama series first released on the streaming platform Netflix on 7 March 2019. The show follows a college student who joins a secret society and becomes embroiled in a battle between werewolves and black magic practitioners to avenge his mother's death.

Its star cast includes actors like DiMarco, Jake Manley, Matt Frewer, and Sarah Grey in the leading roles. After a successful first season, the series released its season 2 on 18 June 2020. As of now, there are 20 episodes over two seasons of The Order available on Netflix.

DiMarco appeared on all 20 episodes of the series as the recurring character Randall Carpio. Randall serves as one of the members of the Knights of St. Christopher. In addition, he works at Belgrave University as a resident advisor.

Is Adam DiMarco Gay?

DiMarco has been the center of several rumors regarding his sexuality. He has appeared as a gay character in various TV productions, including When We Rise (2017 TV series) and The Order (2019-2020 TV series). His such TV appearances sparked whispers and speculations among his followers and the public about him being gay. 

Additionally, DiMarco presented himself at the Met Gala event 2019 in attire that again questioned his sexuality. He apparently carried a flower-printed purse paired with a red scarf. In response to the questions from the public, he said that he wanted to dress according to the Met Gala dress code. 

Nevertheless, he announced himself as straight.
