Willie Aames is an American screenwriter, actor, TV and film director, and producer. To date, he has starred in over 40 TV series and around ten films. Moreover, the actor holds several credits as writer, director, and producer in the entertainment film.

Willie started his acting career as a child artist. He appeared in minor roles in several late 1960s series like Adam-12, and Gunsmoke. His first significant role was as Leonard Unger in the 1971 ABC series, The Odd Couple.

Willie’s film credits include his role as Kenny Stevens in the 1979 film Scavenger Hunt and as David in the 1982 adventure film Paradise. He can also be seen in the 1985 Italian thriller drama, Cut and Run and the 2003 comedy movie Dickie Roberts.

The star actor has been married thrice and divorced two times until now. He married his first wife, Vicki Weatherman, on 15 December 1979 and had one son Christopher with her. The actor divorced after five years, in 1984. 

Willie tied knots with his Bibleman co-star Maylo McCaslin on 15 March 1986. The couple gave birth to their only child Harleigh Upton on 21 July 1990. However, after 23 years of marriage, they divorced in 2009.

After two divorces, the actor has been married to his current spouse Winnie Hung since 21 March 2014. Winnie is also an actress known for her work in the 2016 TV movie, Dater’s Handbook as Cissy.
