Career
Yothers' career began at the early age of three. She worked on advertisements for McDonald's, Bell Telephone, and Doritos.
Yothers made her first cinematic debut from the television film The Cherokee Trail in 1981. In 1982, she appeared in Shoot the Moon. From 1982 to 1989, Tina portrayed her most famous role as Jennifer Keaton in the television comedy series Family Ties. During her tenure in the series, she sang a cover of The Raes song 'Baby I'm Back in Love Again,' on 26 February 1987. Yothers later recorded the song as a single. In 1988, she competed in the Battle of the Network Stars.
In 1996, Yothers made an appearance on the sitcom Married… with Children. Besides acting, she and her brother Cory wrote a book called 'Being Your Best: Tina Yothers' Guide for Girls.'
Cory and Tina also formed a band, Jaded. Tina became the lead vocalist of the band while Cory played the keyboard.
