First Marriage

After her reign as Tawny Little Miss America 1976 ended, she married Dr. Fanning Miles Little on 5 March 1977. She also changed her last name to Little. "Miles isn't the least impressed that I'm Miss America. If I was going out with a guy who was gaga over me, I could walk all over him," she said at the time to People.

During that time, Little was in the news for her experiments with marijuana and was anxious about what her soon-to-be in-laws had to say.

The couple later got divorced on 6 March 1981.

Second Marriage
