Shirlene Pearson was born in Corsicana, Texas, on 5 January 1972. She began her acting career at the age of 10 when she began performing in Shelly Garrett's stage plays. She studied at Navarro Jr. College before graduating with a degree in computer information from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Further, in 2008, she joined the American syndicated radio show, The Rickey Smiley Morning Show. She rose to prominence as a long-time contributor for The Rickey Smiley Morning Show as Ms. Juicy. And she went on to serve the show for more than a decade.
