Reign Edwards is an American actress, songwriter, and singer who played Nicole Avant in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful between 2015 and 2018. Ceated by William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell, the series began premiering on 23 March 1987 and presently running on season 35.
In the soap opera, Edwards played the role of a young, heartbroken woman in love and a supportive surrogate for her transgender sister Maya. In an interview, Edwards said that she had to do a lot of research to play the surrogate mother. She also mentioned that the personality of Nicole differs from hers.
Again in 2015, she starred in the series K.C. Undercover as Kitten and The Thundermans as Winnie Lee. In 2016, Edwards appeared as Leanna Martin in the series reboot MacGyver. In 2017, she played the role of Melody Wright on FX's Snowfall.
