Who is Raymond Ablack?
Raymond Ablack debuted on stage at an early age in The Lion King as Young Simba. He rose to fame after portraying Sav Bhandari in Degrassi: The Next Generation (2007–2011), a teen drama television series. From 2014 to 2017, Ablack starred as Gabriel in the web series Teenagers, for which he received an 'Indie Series Award' for 'Best Supporting Actor' in 2016.
Then in 2017, Ablack appeared as DEA Agent Stoddard in the third season of the Netflix series Narcos. Moreover, he appeared as Sunil Doshi in Burden of Truth in 2019. Besides his acting career, he was also a stand-up comedian and performed in Toronto. Ablack earned a four-year B.A. in Radio and Television, Media Production, with an English minor from Ryerson University. After that, he went to The Second City in Toronto to study stand-up comedy and improv. He also completed a four-year choral music arts specialty diploma at Cardinal Carter, Academy for the Arts.

Ablack has appeared in several 2020 short movies like Survival Smarts, Inside the Actor's Cult, and The Beacons of Gondor. In addition, he also starred in the 2020 movie and TV series The Broken Hearts Gallery and Nurses, respectively.
In 2021, he made his appearance in the TV movie The Wedding Ring and Boyfriends of Christmas Past. He also appeared in the TV mini-series Maid (2021).
