Rachel Bradshaw is prominently recognized as the eldest daughter of NFL legend Terry Bradshaw. 

Who is Rachel Bradshaw?

Rachel Bradshaw is a musician, songwriter, reality TV personality, Compass real estate employee, and brand ambassador for Hotworx, a virtual fitness program. She is popularly recognized as the daughter of the NFL legend turned TV host Terry Bradshaw.

Bradshaw completed her high school at West Lake and moved to Nashville in 2006 to study music at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She majored in Commercial Vocal Performance.

How Old is Rachel Bradshaw?

Rachel Bradshaw was born on 13 May 1987 in West Lake, Texas. She is 34 years as of 2021. She was born to former NFL player Terry Bradshaw and mother Charla Hopkins, Terry's third ex-wife. She has two siblings, Erin Bradshaw and a stepsister Lacey Luttrul. 

Father Terry Bradshaw

Terry Bradshaw is a Hall of Fame quarterback who led the Pittsburgh Steelers to four Super Bowl victories between 1970 and 1983. He subsequently contributed to Fox NFL Sunday as a co-host. He was the first NFL player to be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2001.

He's been in many TV and film roles, including the 2006 comedy Failure to Launch. Terry has two children from his third marriage, Erin and Rachel. In July 2014, he married his longtime girlfriend, Tammy.

Her father Terry was the one who introduced her to the world of music by playing a few guitar chords to Patsy Cline's song 'Crazy.' The father and daughter duo would always make time to sing together in between football games or TV appearances, which had a huge impact on Rachel's upbringing.

Career

In 2012, Rachel signed as a solo country artist and songwriter with Bigger Picture, now a dissociated label, which then had artists like Zac Brown Band, Blackjack Billy, and Lucy Hale on their roster. She rose to prominence after co-writing the number 1 and RIAA Certified Gold Country hit 'What Do You Want' (2013) with Jerrod Niemann and appearing on Jay Leno's Tonight Show (2012). She also planned a duet with a Grammy-nominated country music artist, Jamey Johnson. 

Furthermore, she is one of the three members of the country music band, Stella//James. The other two members are Sarah Davidson and Ty Graham. The trio has released a few tracks, namely, 'Highway,' 'Fireflies,' 'Stella,' 'Red Flag,' 'Songbird,' among others. The original tracks are uploaded on their SoundCloud account.

Rachel built the least interest in her musical ambitions after the tragic loss of her husband, Rob Bironas, in 2014, and she had no desire to pursue any level of stardom. 

Pandemic, Creativity, and Comeback

Amidst the pandemic and maintaining distance from Nashville's music business for several years, Bradshaw was able to compose her most sincere songs to date. She rekindled her creative flame during the quarantine and began working on new music releases. In October 2020, she released three songs, 'Wild Horse,' 'Aphrodite,' and 'What Makes Christmas.' 

However, the full-length album is yet to be released. The album is expected to have six songs written entirely by Bradshaw, exploring various facets of love and relationships. 

"The collection of music that I wrote embodies a whimsical blend of some of my favorite songs and artists that I have always been inspired by," Bradshaw explained to Hotworx in 2021. "I write about love, and I write about the tragedy. It all blends together to become a storyline that reflects my journey in life, to get to where I am now," she added.

Reality TV Show

Rachel and her family starred on the reality TV show The Bradshaw Bunch, which first aired on the E! Network on 17 September 2020. The show completed its first season, and the second season is set to begin on 6 October 2021.

On The Bradshaw Bunch, the Bradshaw family gives viewers a glimpse into their rural life in Oklahoma, from real-life shenanigans to balancing football career, reputation, and farm life. 

Rachel's comeback to releasing music was depicted in season one alongside the revelation of the Bradshaw family's compassionate and humorous sides. Her single 'Aphrodite' was played with an on-air performance in the last episode of season one.

Rachel had to be persuaded to participate in The Bradshaw Bunch as she was coping with her husband's untimely death. But, despite her apprehensions about performing, she found the experience to be therapeutic in the end.

Stage Fright

Rachel was reasonably anxious about returning to the stage in 2020 after taking a hiatus from performing for several years. "I'm just not confident in it anymore," she admitted to her horse rider sister Erin before appearing on The Bradshaw Bunch at a NASCAR event. 

She even posed very little input in all her gigs. As a father, Terry, without any prior discussion with Rachel, signed her up to perform 'God Bless America,' at the Texas Motor Speedway. Although Rachel's stage comeback was a success, she confessed that she just wanted to "puke and hide."

Besides making music and appearing on TV, Rachel works as a sales agent at Compass Real Estate and is a brand ambassador for Hotworx, a virtual fitness program.

Rachel Bradshaw's Husband

Bradshaw initially met her husband, Rob Bironas, an American football player, in November 2012 during a charity for breast cancer research. They married in 2014. Three months after the marriage, Bironas died in a car accident at the age of 36. It seemed to be a drunk and drive accident as his alcohol level was high, and valium was detected in his blood. Rachel was devastated by her husband's death.

Who Is Rachel Bradshaw Dating?

On 30 September 2021, Bradshaw announced that she had a new boyfriend. However, she kept his name a secret. “I’m not single anymore. But while we were filming, I was very single—and working. We worked every day for months so I just got to know myself really well,” she said in an interview with E!. “It's not on the show or anything. This happened after we wrapped. But eventually, I'll become more open about that,” Bradshaw added.

There have also been rumors that Bradshaw is dating American country singer Matt Stell. He also came in an October 2021 episode of the reality TV program, The Bradshaw Bunch, and met Bradshaw's family. However, nothing has been confirmed from either side.

Bradshaw previously dated actor Dustin Hughes at the beginning of the reality TV program, The Bradshaw Bunch. She even tried on wedding gowns before the two even got engaged. She reportedly seemed excited to take the relationship forward. However, the pair parted their ways in no time. It was revealed that Dustin was expecting a child with another woman, with whom he allegedly cheated on Rachel.
