Early Life and Education

Noree Victoria was born on 10 June 1981 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. She was interested in creative writing since a young age. She had completed her first imaginative children's stories book when she was just seven years old.

At 16, she requested her school to let her omit the senior year of high school and formally embark on her creative studies in college. She eventually got the approval, and Victoria enrolled at the University of Maryland, Baltimore Country. She majored in Creative Writing, Biology, and African Studies.

After college, she began teaching Biology to 9th-grade students in Baltimore city and completed her graduate studies at Towson University. She graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Applied Information Technology as a 4.0 GPA holder.

Subsequently, she received the position of Financial Analyst in Black and Decker Corporation. However, she was not satisfied with a job in finance. She soon quit work and decided to pursue acting.

She then studied at the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts and the British American Drama Academy at Oxford University in England.

Career

Victoria began her acting career in 2010 doing minor roles. She then went on to act in numerous productions like the documentary America's Most Wanted: America Fights Back, the TV series Atlanta HomicideArmy WivesSingle Ladies, and Necessary Roughness

She became prominently known for her role of Shilah in the 2011 movie Quarantine 2 and her recurring characters on series such as NCISTeen WolfThe Game. Victoria could be seen in the popular series The Vampire Diaries.

'The Ricky Smiley Show'

The plot of the movie chronicles the story of a politician's wife who suffers from drug addiction. As the wife is forced to reside in a secluded summer home for rehabilitation, her husband, who accompanies the home, falls in love with an unconventional nurse taking care of her.

Victoria is set to produce and direct the movie. She collaborates with producer and writer Bel Delia, screenwriter Helen Shang, music producer Annalea Fiachi and actress Ava Lalezarzadeh for the movie.
