Nicholas "Nik" Ajagu is the husband of Meena Harris, a famous American lawyer, entrepreneur, author of a children's book, and the niece of the Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris.
Though known for being a celebrity spouse, Ajagu also has a successful career. He has served as the global head of Partnerships at Facebook since 2014. He formerly served Facebook as the head of Media Solutions Americas and North American Advertising Operations and monetization campaign manager.
In addition, he is also the co-founder of Barrel & Ink and Code & Canvas. He previously co-founded Ecosystem Ventures and served as an investment advisor.

Ajagu attended Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey, and received his undergraduate degree.
Career
In 2005, Ajagu co-founded a venture investment and consulting firm called Ecosystem Ventures in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an investment advisor, he served Autonet Mobile, an Internet-based telematics and app service platform provider for automobiles, from 2005 to 2007. During that time, he also served PlaySpan, a payment company that enables game companies and video publishers to monetize digital goods. He worked at Ecosystem Ventures for three years till 2008.
Career at Facebook
In 2007, Ajagu started working as a monetization campaign manager at Facebook in the Greater New York City area. He created business processes, pricing models, monetization products, and growth forecasts. Ajagu also designed and oversaw Facebook marketing campaigns for strategic "Fortune 100" companies.
A year later, Ajagu was promoted to the head of North American Advertising Operations. From 2011 to 2014, he headed the Media Solutions Americas. He then became the global head of Advertising Technology Partnerships at Facebook in 2014. As the global head of partnerships, Ajagu took the lead for Facebook's advertising technology business and oversaw sourcing, structuring, establishing, and managing partnerships. As per his LinkedIn profile, he still works at Facebook, but his wife told Daily Mail in January 2021 that he left the company.
Other Ventures
In 2013, Ajagu co-founded a co-working space called Code and Canvas, along with partners Gi Fernando of Free: Formers and Techlightenment, John Yi of Pinterest, Facebook, US Army Special Operations, and Jeff Miller of Punchfork and Pinterest.
Ajagu also co-founded Barrel & Ink, a California-based company, which connects winemakers and local designers to create limited-run bottles with attractive labels.

She released her first children's book titled 'Kamala and Maya's Big Idea' on 2 June 2020. The book is about her aunt, Kamala Harris, and mother, Maya Harris's childhood and lessons about activism and community-building. Her second book, 'Ambitious Girl,' was published on 19 January 2021.
In 2017, Meena founded the Phenomenal Woman Action Campaign, an initiative inspired by a Maya Angelou poem, selling 'Phenomenal Woman' T-shirts on International Women's Day. The campaign later started supporting women's organizations.
She formerly worked as the head of strategy and leadership at a tech company, Uber, and as senior policy manager in a software company, Slack Technologies' proprietary business communication platform Slack.
Before that, she worked as an attorney and judicial law clerk. She also worked as a community operations manager at Facebook from 2006 to 2009.
Children
Ajagu and Meena Harris have two children - daughters Amara and Leela. Harris told Dailymail in January 2021 that her husband, Ajagu, left his job as the global head of Advertising Technology Partnerships at Facebook to be a full-time father to raise their two daughters. According to Harris, Ajagu did so to free Harris to run her business and write her children's books.
Gaining attention at Joe Biden's Inauguration
Ajagu gained attention at President Joe Biden's inauguration on 20 January 2021 when he was spotted wearing a pair of extremely rare and stylish Dior Air Jordan 1s sneakers, valued at more than $2,000.
Bobby Kim, a founder of a streetwear company, asked Harris on Twitter if Ajagu was wearing the Dior 1s. Harris replied, "Yes smh." After the confirmation, Ajagu's shoes quickly went viral on Twitter.
"I step away from Twitter for less than an hour for the inauguration ceremony and Nik's shoes are #1 trending?????," Harris wrote after retweeting several shoutouts to her husband.
