Cirillo grew up alongside his sisters at his home in Wilkes. There, he attended Wilkes Central High School for education and graduated in 2014. Having spent most years of his early life in his hometown, Cirillo feels proud to be a Wilkes County native. In one of his interviews with Monday magazine in 2020, he said, “I appreciate the beautiful scenery more and more every time I return.”
