Moses Hacmon was born on 29 October 1977 in Tel-Aviv, Israel. He is 44 years as of 2021. Hacmon studied cinematography and fine arts at Avni Institute of Art and Design in Tel Aviv and attended the Technion - Israel Institue of Technology in Haifa.
In 2002, he transferred to the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Eventually, he graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with the highest honors. Likewise, in 2006, he received the American Institute of Architecture Medallion for Excellence in Architectural Education.

Hacmon works as a collaborative artist, photographer, and architect. He has studied sculpture and photography.
In 2013, Hacmon discovered the technique to capture images of water that are invisible to the naked eyes and released his first project, Faces of Water, the same year. He has also done exhibits, including the 2014 Soundwave festival SOMArts Cultural Center and the 2014 de Young Museum, where he presented the Modernist interpretations of Water.
In 2015, he exhibited the Faces of Water at The Integratron, The Joshua Treenial with BoxoProjects, and Body of Water at El Camino College Art Gallery.
In 2016, Hacmon presented the project in different exhibits such as Water and US- The Earth Day Film Festival, Elements- nature-themed exhibit, CYAN Yachut- Water to Water, H20de, and Bodies of Water- Donna Sternberg & Dancers.

During the Lockdown, by the end of March 2020, Paytas and Hacmon began spending time together. Eventually, they began posting photos on social media. In April 2020, Paytas started to learn Jewish culture to grow closer with her partner.
On 18 December 2020, Paytas and Hacmon got engaged. He proposed at the Imperial Sand Dunes in California, where they were dressed up as Aladdin and Princess Jasmine for a photoshoot.
