Michael Paul Lookinland is a former American actor. He started his acting journey as a TV commercial actor who has appeared in nearly thirty commercials before landing the role in The Brady Bunch in September 1969. At the time, Lookinland was offered two roles: Eddie on The Courtship of Eddie's Father and Bobby on The Brady Bunch. However, his parents picked the latter because they believed it would be healthier for him to be among other children his age rather than an only kid in an all-adult ensemble (the role of Eddie eventually went to Brandon Cruz).
In 1971, Lookinland did the voice of Oblio in the animated film The Point!. Subsequently, he also appeared in the 1970s TV show The Secrets of Isis just after the last season of The Brady Bunch wrapped filming in 1974. He also featured alongside renowned Jennifer Jones and Paul Newman in the 1974 disaster film blockbuster The Towering Inferno.
Lookinland returned to the character of Bobby Brady in the 1988 Christmas special A Very Brady Christmas and the 1990 sequel series The Bradys, in which Bobby Brady was engaged in a racing car accident and was forced to use a wheelchair for the duration of the series. After that, he worked as a television camera operator for several years. He even had an uncredited role as Shorr in the 2000 TV movie Growing Up Brady as the camera handler during The Brady Bunch episode 'Room at the Top.'
