In 2002, he received his big break from the comedy and drama amalgam, George Lopez, as one of its permanent casts. He played the character, Max Lopez, in about 120 episodes of the sitcom that ran for six years, from 2002 to 2007, carrying six seasons.

Subsequently, he made another guest appearance in one of the series episodes, Freddi (2005-2006), reprising his character Max from George Lopez. He appeared in the episode ‘Freddie Gets Cross Over George’ that aired in 2006.

Before his television show appearances, Gracia played in many national advertisements. One of them was for the company Chevrolet.

Arrest

In 2012, the authorities in Valencia’s Westridge neighborhood detained Garcia after receiving complaints about a noisy party.

Lieutenant Eric S. Lasko of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station stated, “During the course of their investigation, deputies determined that suspect Garcia was drunk in public and arrested him without incident.”
