Kin Shriner is an American actor who made his film debut with The Six Million Dollar Man in 1976. He was then cast as Mike Gallagher in several Rituals episodes, a mid-'80s soap opera that aired in the United States and France. 

He has also played leading characters in other most popular shows in America. From 1994 through 1995, he starred as Dr. Brian Carrey on CBS's The Bold and the Beautiful. Shriner also appeared in Port Charles as Baldwin, a late-'90s General Hospital spin-off with over 1,537 episodes. The series debuted on 1 June 1997 and featured General Hospital cast Jon Lindstrom and Lynn Herring.

He also played Harrison Bartlett on The Young and the Restless in 2004. In 2005, he joined As the World Turns cast, where he played Keith Morrissey until 2006.

Besides, Shriner has also voiced Green Arrow on Justice League Unlimited on HBOMAX.

Wil Shriner is the twin brother of Kin. They were born to the late Eileen "Pixie" McDermott and Herb Shriner, who died in an automobile accident.

In 1977, he was cast in the soap opera General Hospital as Scotty Baldwin. As of November 2021, he has appeared in over 729 episodes of the show. However, Shriner has left the soap opera several times. He first left General Hospital in 1980 to play Jeb Hampton in NBC show Texas, but he returned in 1981 and remained there until taking off again in 1983. Shriner then returned to the show in 1987 and played the role until 1993.

The actor returned to the role of Scott Baldwin in 1997, but in its spin-off series Port Charles. Ultimately, Shriner returned to General Hospital in 2000 and left Port Charles for the coming year. In 2004, he quit General Hospital again

Shriner returned to the show in 2007 before leaving again in 2008. He returned to General Hospital in 2013 and hasn't left as of 2021.
