Early Life and Education

Kendall Rae was born on 22 April 1993 in Boston, Massachusetts. She follows Christianity as her religion. Rae attended the University of Colorado. 

Kendall has a younger sister named Emily, but there is not much information about her. But Emily frequently appears in Kendall's daily vlogs.

Rae began her career when she created her main YouTube channel under the name KendallsPlace on 2 August 2012. She eventually changed the channel's name to Kendall Rae. 

Kendall's first few videos include 'Tag What's in my purse' and 'Welcome to my NEW Channel!.' She also created a secondary vlog channel named Kendaily.

Rae, along with her husband Josh Thomas, co-founded the Higher Love Wellness Company. The company makes products with Cannabidiol (CBD). The couple claims that CBD has been an essential part of their wellness routine for many years. 

Josh has used CBD to help him with sleep, anxiety, and post-workout recovery. Likewise, Kendall, who has struggled with many chronic health conditions over the years, also made claims that CBD has provided relief to her at some point. After using CBD in their routine for years and trying different products, the couple realized something missing from it, making them work on their own CBD product line.

Rae hosts two podcasts, 'Mile Higher Podcast' and 'The Sesh Podcast.' While 'Mile Higher Podcast,' discusses true crimes and conspiracies, 'The Sesh Podcast' focuses on mental health and spirituality.

'Mile Higher Podcast'

Josh and Kendall started the Mile Higher Podcast in January 2018. In the controversial storytelling podcast, the couple share twisted true crimes cases. They also include conspiracy theories, unexplained phenomena, metaphysics, and cover matters like futurism to ancient civilization, and make people aware of the news stories that the mainstream media does not cover. 

They invite subject experts to their episodes. 'Mile Higher Podcast' releases new episodes every Monday, and the videos are added to YouTube on Wednesdays.

'The Sesh Podcast'

While the 'Mile Higher podcast' focuses on news, true crime, and conspiracies, 'The Sesh Podcast' focuses on spirituality, mental health, and awareness. Rae hosts the podcast with her cousin and best friend, Janelle. Janelle is a mental health professional who has a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counselling. 

In addition, the two share their personal experiences and discuss astrology and spirituality along with hosting guests from time to time. The podcast has been releasing new episodes every Sunday since its launch in July 2020.

Kendall Rae is married to Josh Thomas. Josh was born on 16 September 1992. He is a Digital creator. Josh hosts the 'Mile Higher Podcast' with his wife. He also hosts the podcasts' Lights Out Podcast' and 'Planet sleep.' He introduces himself as a Cannapreneur. The couple tied the knot in 2016. 

The duo tweeted in 2017 about buying a new house and shared a YouTube video in this connection.
