Who is Kaliko Kauahi?
Kaliko Kauahi was born and raised in Kauai, Hawaii. After graduating from Kamehameha Schools, she moved to Los Angeles. California, to study acting at Loyola Marymount University.
She made her acting debut in 2007. Some of her initial acting roles included a nurse in the sci-fi thriller short film ELI and a massage parlor madame in the romantic comedy short film The Appointment.
In 2007, she also guest-starred as Dr. Christine Todd in the medical reality television series Mystery ER, and an angry woman in the action comedy-drama series Chuck. She reappeared on Chuck in 2010, portraying the role of a customer. She went on to guest star in multiple television series, including Southland, Modern Family, Up All Night, Parks and Recreation, The Big Bang Theory, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Matt and Dan in the 2010s.
She also appeared in the television movies Bad Mother’s Handbook (2008), Birds of a Feather (2008), and Welcome to Hollywood… Florida (2013).
Kauahi made her big-screen debut in the 2009 comedy-drama film Tales from the Catholic Church of Elvis! In 2011, she appeared as Hitomi in the comedy film Birds of a Feather and chief in the romantic comedy film Hall Pass.
In 2015, she landed a breakout role as Sandra Kaluiokalani in the hit comedy-television series Superstore. She played the role for six seasons until the series concluded in 2021. She also had a recurring role as Principal Kwan in the Disney Channel family sitcom Raven’s Home in 2018 and 2019.

In season 2, Sandra meets Jerry (played by Chris Grace) with whom she has a wedding in season 5.
