Jeremy Yaffe is a former celebrity wife who rose to prominence after marrying Alan Arkin. She holds American nationality. However, there are no details regarding her early life, family, parents, educational details, or birth date. 

Yaffe got married to Arkin in 1955. They share two sons, Adam Arkin, born 19 August 1956, and Matthew Arkin, born 21 March 1960. Unfortunately, Yaffe and Arkin parted ways in 1961. 

From 1964 to 1994, Arkin was married to actress-screenwriter Barbara Dana, who featured with him in segments of the 1970s TV show Sesame Street. The former couple also had a son named Anthony "Tony" Dana Arkin, born in 1967.

Alan Wolf Arkin is an American director, actor, and screenwriter who began his Broadway career in 1963, performing in Enter Laughing, for which he won the 'Tony Award' for 'Best Featured Actor in a Play,' and the comedy play Luv (1964). In 1973, he was nominated for a 'Tony Award' for 'Best Direction of a Play' for The Sunshine Boys.

Moreover, Arkin is also well noted for his television roles, such as Leon Feldhendler in Escape from Sobibor (1987) and Harry Rowen in The Pentagon Papers (2003), for which he received 'Primetime Emmy Award' nominations for 'Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Series or Movie.'

In 2003, he appeared in the television film titled And Starring Pancho Villa as himself, which starred Antonio Banderas. In the episode "It's a Dad, Dad, Dad, Dad World" of the NBC sitcom Will & Grace in 2005, he played Marty Adler.

Arkin also featured in the ensemble comedy-drama Little Miss Sunshine in 2006, alongside Greg Kinnear, Steve Carell, Toni Collette, Paul Dano, and Abigail Breslin. His performance as a foul-mouthed grandfather in the independent film Little Miss Sunshine earned him the 'BAFTA Award' for 'Best Actor in a Supporting Role' and the 'Academy Award' for 'Best Actor in a Supporting Role.'

Arkin was the sixth oldest Best Supporting Actor Oscar winner, at 72 years old. Since then, he has also starred in several credits such as Rendition (movie 2007), The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (movie 2009), The Change-Up (movie 2011), The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (movie 2013), BoJack Horseman (TV series 2015-2016), The Kominsky Method (TV series 2018-2021), Spenser Confidential (movie 2020), a voice in Minions: The Rise of Gru (movie 2022), and more.
