The New York Giants signed him in the second round of the 1994 NFL Draft, and he continuously played for the team from 1994 to 1997. Unfortunately, he tore both his anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments in a severe knee injury in 1997 and had to take a gap from the 1998 season.
Though he returned to the game later, his agility was significantly altered. No matter, he played with the Giants till 2004. Later, Sehorn was released to the St. Louis Rams. However, he never played for the Rams since his foot injury was still in recovery.
