Then, on 28 July 2019, Elliott signed with the world-renowned Liverpool Football Club. The same day, he made his first appearance for the club as a substitute in a 3-0 defeat to Napoli. After which, on 25 September 2019, he made his senior Liverpool debut as a starter in a 2-0 win over MK Dons. Likewise, with Liverpool in 2019, he won the FIFA Club World Cup and the UEFA Super Cup. Harvey Elliott was born on 4 April 2003 in Chertsey, England as Harvey Daniel James Elliott. He made his first-team debut at age 15 as a Fulham right-winger in the EFL Cup Third Round match in September 2018.

On the 2018 EFL CUP, he was the youngest player to represent the club. He entered as an 81st-minute substitute and played the final nine minutes in Fulham's 3-1 win over Millwall Football Club. Later, he became the youngest debutant in Premier League history when he came on as an 88th-minute substitute during Fulham's 1-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at age 16 on 4 May 2019.

In the 2021-22 season, Elliott made three appearances as a starter and one as a substitute in August and September. In the last game of 12 September 2021, he appeared as a starter in Liverpool's 3-0 win over Leeds United in the Premier League competition.

Injury

On 12 September 2021, Elliott suffered an injury following a challenge in the second half of Liverpool's 3-0 Premier League victory against Leeds United. The club spokesperson confirmed that he had fracture-dislocation of the left ankle and damaged the area's ligaments. A couple of days later, they added that his damages required surgery.

And on November 2021, they confirmed that his surgery to repair the fracture was successful, and he was on the road to recovery.
