Upon graduating from Cordon Bleu Culinary School, Greenspan trained with world-famous professional chefs like David Bouley, Alain Ducasse, and many more in New York, USA. In addition, he has also trained under celebrated Spanish chef Ferran Adria. Ferran is a three-star Michelin chef in Spain.
After accumulating culinary knowledge from renowned chefs worldwide, Greenspan began his professional career as an executive chef at a Los Angeles-based restaurant, Patina. In 2003, while still working at Patino, Angeleno Magazine honored him with the title ‘Eight Hot Chefs.’
Greenspan’s TV career kick-started in 2006 with his guest appearance on the reality series Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.
