David Tutera is an American celebrity wedding planner, bridal fashion designer, author, and professional speaker.

David Tutera is an American celebrity wedding planner who has done multiple wedding and event planning shows like My Fair Wedding with David Tutera and David Tutera's CELEBrations.  

He has written seven books, namely 'The How-To Guide For The Savvy,' 'Stylish Bride,' 'Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings,' 'Big Birthdays,' 'The Party Planner,' 'America Entertains: A Year of Imaginative Parties,' and 'A Passion for Parties: Your Guide to Elegant Entertaining.' 

Tutera is also a professional speaker and gives lectures about weddings, lifestyle, and design. He regularly contributes to the Bridal Guide magazine. 

Tutera was named one of the Top 25 Trendsetters of The Year by Modern Bride Magazine and was awarded 'Best Celebrity Wedding Planner' by Life & Style Magazine. 

Early Life 

David Tutera was born on 23 April 1966 in Port Chester, New York. His grandfather was a successful florist. He identified the talent in David from an early age and encouraged his passion. At 19, with only one client, David started his first events planning business.

TV Career

 Tutera gained much success with his career as a wedding planner. He is also a bridal fashion designer. 

Tutera was first recognized for his work when he produced the TV series David Tutera's CELEBrations. The show premiered in October 2008 and continued for 8 seasons with a total of 117 episodes. It came to an end in 2013. 

After the success of the first series, Tutera got the opportunity to star on another reality show, My Fair Wedding with David Tutera, in 2014 for the same television network. For this series, he partnered up with Mon Cheri to launch a wedding dress collection, "David Tutera for Mon Cheri." Likewise, he had also teamed up with Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores to create a line of wedding accessories named "Down the Aisle in Style." The show had its last season in 2018. 

In February 2019, Tutera became the executive producer of another reality show, My Great Big Lifetime Wedding with David Tutera. Tutera is set to produce the upcoming show A Christmas Wedding.

Daughter 

After his second marriage, Tutera and Joey decided to have a baby and eventually welcomed Tutera's second daughter and the couple's first daughter, Gracie, on 24 January 2019. 

The family resides in Los Angeles with his two daughters and two dogs, Lucy and Teddy. Cielo recently turned 8. To mark her birthday, the celebrity wedding planner came up with a celebration enjoyed by both adult guests and kids. Tutera's second daughter Gracie also turned 2 in 2021.
