In 1993, she played Becky in the comedy and sports film Rookie of the Year, and in 1994 and 1996, she played Julie in the comedy and sports films D2: The Mighty Ducks and D3: The Mighty Ducks, respectively. She then appeared as Hailey in the action-sci-fi hybrid Men in Black II in 2002 and as Patty in the film Moonlight Mile (2002). Her additional film credits include Searching for Haizmann (2003), Descent (2007), The Living Wake (2007), and Chef (2014).

She departed the show industry after a few appearances and now devotes her time to cooking. Graduating from Natural Gourmet Cooking School, she began working as a private chef. Traditional meals and the natural environment influence her art in cooking.
