She started journalism with the vision to affect positive change in human rights and the environment.

In 2019, Pascucci launched the All She Wrote Books Campaign, a pop-up shop. The shop appeared in various markets and breweries throughout the Greater Boston area. It had a three-tiered cart stocked with books from her personal collection and contributions from friends. 

The following year in 2020, Pascucci was named the 'Journalist of the Year' by the Los Angeles Press Club.

In a Q&A with Life of Liberte, she mentioned that she is passionate about her work as a journalist. She said, "Experiencing moments of love, triumph, and connecting with other humans, from all walks of life. That's why I believe I found my calling in journalism. I am passionately curious about the world and people, have always asked 'why,' I refuse to accept the status quo, and I am grateful I have the opportunity at times to give the voiceless a voice. How cool is it to have a job that gives you the opportunity to meet such a tremendous variety of people and experience something new every single day while simultaneously expanding your mind and broadening your perspective of the world?!"

Big Brother Big Sister 

Pascucci has been a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor for the past decade. She was also recognized by the Senate and named 'California's Big Sister of the Year' in 2019.

Pascucci is passionate about breaking down barriers and teaching young women what is possible.

On 17 June 2019, she shared a video on Instagram after being named 'California's Big Sister of the Year.' She wrote, "I don't really know where to start but I'm so grateful to @cbbbsla and the CA Association Of Big Brothers Big Sisters for the honor of making me California's big sister of the year."

Marriage

Pascucci got married to her husband, Austin, in March 2021 after getting engaged on 18 November 2019. The couple first met each other in summer 2018.

The same day after getting engaged, she wrote on her Instagram, "He asked in the most storybook romance way. Austin even hired a violinist and photographer which is soooo unlike him."

Pascucci also wished her husband a happy birthday on 16 December 2021 on Instagram.
