Brain Flores was born on 24 February 1981 in Brownsville, Brooklyn, to Raul Flores and Maria Flores. For primary education, Flores went to Poly Prep Country Day School. Later, he joined Boston College and played football for the college team from 1999 to 2002 as a linebacker. However, he could not play professional football in the NFL following his injuries.
Brain began his coaching career in 2008 as the assistant coach of the American Football team, New England Patriots. He served in the team for around a decade until 2018, the year when his team won the Super Bowl title. In 2019, Miami Dolphins hired him as their head coach, and since then, he has been leading the team.
