He witnessed a life-changing tragedy at a very young age when his fÐ°thÐµr committed suicide when Martyn was only six years old. He was greatly affected by the unfortunate event, and he carried its baggage throughout his upbringing.
Martyn began working out in the gym at the age of 15 and gained a good amount of training and nutrition expertise over the years. As a result, in January 2006, he launched his own training programs. Even though the programs were deemed successful by him, it wasn't until 2014 that he gained widespread notoriety in the fitness industry.
