Bill Romanowski is a former football linebacker with 16 years of career in the National Football League (NFL).

William Thomas Romanowski was born on 2 April 1966 in Rockville, Connecticut.

He played 16 seasons in the NFL for the football teams, San Francisco 49ers (1988–1993), Philadelphia Eagles (1994–1995), Denver Broncos (1996–2001), and Oakland Raiders (2002–2003). Moreover, he was a four-time Super Bowl champion and five-time Super Bowl qualifier. The games include Super Bowl XXIII, Super Bowl XXIV, Super Bowl XXXII, Super Bowl XXXIII, and Super Bowl XXXVII. Similarly, Romanowski was selected to the Pro Bowl twice, in 1996 and 1998, while playing with the Denver Broncos.

During his game stint at NFL, he made 1,105 tackles, 39.5 sacks, 18 forced fumbles, and 18 interceptions, which he threw for a net of 98 yards and one career score.

Romanowski is married to Julie Romanowski. They have two children, son Dalton and daughter Alexandra.

In 2000, Julie was charged with illegally acquiring a prescription diet medicine for Romanowski, for which she pleaded innocent in court in November the same year. She was charged with eight felonies, each of which carried a sentence of one to three years in jail and a fine ranging from $1,000 to $100,000. She was said to face a fine and prison up to 18 months for a separate conspiracy offense for acquiring controlled substances by fraud or deception.

Romanowski is currently involved in his Nutrition53 business, launched in 2006. Most recently, in 2020, he appeared on the Super Bowl Live program. On 6 October 2021, he was inducted into the Cotton Bowl Hall of Fame.
