Tarantino then played the role of seven-year-old Jennifer Larson in Season 16 Episode 21 titled 'Judge, Jury…' of the CBS police procedural thriller drama series NCIS in April 2019.

Shortly after that, she appeared as Young Abby in two episodes of the DC Universe superhero horror series Swamp Thing. In 2020, the actress started appearing in a recurring role as Katie Townsend in the Netflix romantic drama series Sweet Magnolias.

'Swamp Thing'

Swamp Thing is a fantasy drama series based on DC characters created by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson. The series was developed by Gary Dauberman and Mark Verheiden and produced by James Wan in association with Warner Bros. TV.

It follows scientist Abby Arcane (played by Crystal Reed), who returns home to Marais, Louisiana, to investigate a deadly swamp-borne virus. Abby develops a bond with disgraced scientist Alec Holland (played by Andy Bean), who tragically dies. However, Abby soon discovers the dark, terrifying mysteries of the swamp after a gigantic swamp creature emerges and claims to be Holland.

Tarantino played the role of young Abby in two episodes of the series. She first appeared in the fourth episode of the series titled 'Darkness on the Edge of Town,' which aired on 21 June 2019. She then appeared in the eighth episode of the series titled 'Long Walk Home,' which aired on 19 June 2019.

The critically acclaimed Swamp Thing premiered on the DC Universe streaming service on 31 May 2019. However, it was announced within less than one week that the series was canceled after one season, and it would not be returning for a second season. The first season's episodes were also deducted from 13 to 10 in April.

Various news sites linked the cancellation of the show with an accounting error made by the state of North Carolina, where the first season of the series was filmed. In a subsequent statement regarding the cancellation, WarnerMeda said that they were not in a position to answer at that time.

The series ran on DC Universe until 2 August 2019. Later, the series began airing on The CW on 6 October 2020 and concluded on 22 December 2020.
