Andrea Fujii is a Honolulu-born reporter and news anchor. She is best known for serving as a news correspondent on the ABC channel's morning show, ABC World News Now (ABC WNN).

Who is Andrea Fujii?

Andrea Fujii is a famous TV personality, host, anchor/reporter, and news correspondent. She began her reporting/journalism career as a reporter for the Honolulu-based Fox channel's affiliate, KHON. 

Fujii left Honolulu, Hawaii, and moved to Yakima, Washington, to join the NBC affiliate channel as their news anchor. After that, she relocated to Baltimore and worked as a reporter for CBS' WJZ and later joined CBS' KCAL9 in 2012. After that, she worked at CBS, Los Angeles as a live reporter and news anchor for around six years.

In April 2018, Fujii left CBS to shift with her husband, Whit Johnson, to New York City. Her workmates and office crew threw her a farewell party on her final day at CBS. Moreover, she took the celebration to her Instagram handle @andreafujiitv and shared a series of the day's photos on 1 April 2018. She thanked and appreciated all her crew for their nice gesture through her post;

Fujii had quit her job at CBS, Los Angeles, to move with her husband and daughters to New York. As it was a new city and a significant change for her daughters, she took a break from her work life to help her daughter settle down smoothly. Thus, after a gap of around one year, she restarted her career as a part-time news correspondent of the ABC news affiliates on 6 April 2019.

Fujii later debuted as the host of the ABC news show America This Morning on 1 July 2019. She shared the good news with her over 7K Twitter followers. She wrote, "Made my debut on #americathismorning on @abcnews." In addition, she also hosts ABC's World News Now (ABC WNN). On 20 September 2021, she recently shared a couple of behind-the-scenes images from her ABCWNN shoot.

Andrea married her longtime partner Whit Johnson on 11 August 2007 in Hawaii. The pair recently celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary in Hawaii, where they got married. In addition, on 12 August 2021, she shared her anniversary celebration photos on her Instagram handle @andreafujitv.

Johnson is an American news anchor and journalist. He is the former anchor of KNBC and is currently associated with ABC News. Johnson joined ABC as a correspondent in March 2018. In September of the same year, his role expanded as the co-anchor of Good Morning America. Moreover, on 1 February 2021, he landed an anchor job for the longest-running ABC show, ABC World News Tonight.
