Ahn appeared in a few other short films before scoring a role in the television series Ugly Betty in 2010. Ahn later appeared in over a dozen television series, most notably on Louie in 2011, Supernatural in 2017, Billions between 2016 and 2018, and Raising Dion in 2019.
Ahn made her breakthrough after debuting in the 2012 film Liberal Arts. She later was featured in several other films, including The Girl in the Book (2015) and The Scottish Play (2020).
