Alex Hogan is a popular journalist, news anchor, TV and radio reporter, writer, producer, and media correspondent. She can speak many languages as she has lived and worked as a journalist in Spain, Israel, and several states in the USA. Currently, she is serving as the media correspondent for Fox News Channel (FNC) in London.
Hogan joined FNC as a general assignment reporter in January 2022. Right after joining FNC, she covered the COVID-19 pandemic news from New York City which was badly affected due to the pandemic. From the beginning of the war, she has been covering the news in Lviv, a city in Ukraine, and reporting how the war has affected the people in Ukraine. She shared various experiences of war and life in Lviv with the FNC channel.
In April 2022, she shared a video with Fox News, where she shared how she was managing to collect news using various safety tools. She said to the channel,
"This is my helmet, you can see my flak jacket, with the Press badge. If we travel anywhere for news gathering, we always have our protective gear with us. Just because at any point the sirens could go off and we immediately need to shelter in a bunker.”
Hogan described that Lviv is well-known for coffee and architecture and many people from different cities of Ukraine have fled there for shelter and business. However, she also shared that, despite the war, people are seen continuing their daily life engaging in their regular jobs.
