He began his acting career in the 1994 television movie Heads. Since then, he has appeared in nearly 20 television movies, including Roswell: The Aliens Attack (1999), Children of My Heart (2000), Christmas Rush (2002), Chasing Christmas (2005), and Zapped (2014).
Paunovic appeared in over 40 television series throughout his acting career, along with the television movies.
