Robin Stapler also goes by Robin Michele Stewart, an actress famously known to be the first wife of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro. She was born on 21 September 1972 in the United States.

Stapler made her acting debut in 1991 through the short film Disco Years and continued acting in small roles in TV series such as Boogies DinerDiagnosis Murder, and Smart Guy. She also appeared in a minor role in the popular series Star Trek: VoyagerThe Adventures of Sinbad, and The Steve Harvey Show.

Stapler then landed a reoccurring role in the popular show In the House for the role of Kelly and Robins from 1997 to 1999. She was on the screen alongside established actors like Alfonso Ribeiro, Kim Wayans, L Cool J, and Mania Campbell. Stapler appeared in 51 episodes of the series.

She then married one of the casts of the show Alfonso Ribeiro in 2002 and gave birth to their daughter Sienna in 2003. However, after four years of marriage, they got divorced in 2007.

Ribeiro remarried Angela Unkrich in 2012 and has three children from his second marriage. He recently garnered attention for asking his daughter Sienna to date before she goes to college. Career

Stapler began her career as an actor in short films, TV series, and feature films. She made her first appearance as Denise in a short film called The Disco Years in 1991. The same year, she earned the role of Cynthia in the television series Boogies Diner.

In 1996, she appeared in a minor role in the TV series Martin and played the role of Linda on Diagnosis Murder. She then appeared in the 1997 movie The Setting Sun and on the TV series Smart Guy as Jeanine Neufelt.  

Stapler also earned a role in the infamous franchise Star Trek. She played Alixia in the 1997 episode Mortal Coil of the series Star Trek: Voyager. The series was about a Starfleet ship dragged to the other side of the galaxy, where the Federation is seventy-five years away at warp speed, and it must work with rebels to discover a route home.

In 1998, she played the role of Ula in the series The Adventures of Sinbad and also appeared on The Steve Harvey Show as officer Hodges.

Stapler rose to prominence after starring in the comedy series In the House, playing the role of Kelly and Robins from 1997 to 1999.

The series was about a once-famous football player who rented a part of his house to support himself. His tenant was a single mother with two kids. He also owned a sports clinic, which he could barely manage to run, even with help from his friends, and the story followed their daily life. 

Stapler appeared alongside Alfonso Ribeiro, Kim Wayans, L Cool J, and Mania Campbell. As she was a guest character, her roles were limited to 51 episodes of the show. Stapler and Alfonso appeared in 51 episodes together, with Stapler in a guest part and her ex-husband Alfonso in the main role.

After the series, she landed the role of Jocelyn Marshall on the series Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction and another minor character Rachel on The Parker, both in 2000.
